Single OSM Vector Tile Package for Europe or even the whole World
Our applications using ArcGIS Maps SDK must run offline, which is why we download Vector Tile Packages for use in our offline applications.
At the moment we download the Vector Tile Packages with ArcGIS Pro. We select the OSM Basemap, then click on "Download Map". However, the map scale is limited, forcing us to create relatively small maps since we need a high resolution for our maps.
Instead of having many small Vector Tile Package Files that are hard to manage, we would much more prefer to have a single big Vector Tile Package File that contains all of Europe, or even the whole World, with great resolution.
OSM data is readily available, for example Download OpenStreetMap for Europe | Geofabrik Download Server
However we are unsure how we might use that data to create a Vector Tile Package. We learned that the Interoperability Extension supports this format (See OSMPBF at Supported formats with the Data Interoperability extension—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation) but we're unsure how easy it will be to then create Vector Tile Packages with it.
How can we get a single Vector Tile Package in OSM Style of Europe, or even better the whole world?
