I am having a problem with data points I have been collecting. I am using Field Maps to collect the data and my GNSS receiver is an EOS Arrow 200. When I collect the data it is supposed to be corrected by our state's GNSS reference network. When I bring the data back into the office the points are always 3 ft off from where they should be (I am using ArcGIS Pro). If I turn off all transformations on my map the points will align in the correct location. If I copy and paste these points into my live database they will again jump 3 feet off. I have tried to re-project them in our state plane and I have tried to put them in using WGS 84 but no matter what I do the points never show up where they are supposed to be.

You may need to contact Arrow customer support. Or set up your databases so you are not using multiple projections if that is the case

You were correct. It was an EOS Arrow and Field Maps problem.
