I want to create a shape file of a nationalpark, based on the base map that is available in Arc gis pro. Is there a way to do so?
I need the boundaries of the naionalpark for further analysis....

Hello,
While you could create a new feature class and digitize the boundary it might be faster to do a quick ArcGIS Online or Google search for the boundary - the basemap is compiled with data from somewhere.
Have you searched for your park name and add the word shapefile? For example the US National Park data can be found in ArcGIS Online or online at https://www.nps.gov/subjects/gisandmapping/tools-and-data.htm
