Our organization is intersted in managing some default settings for our users so everyone can have same starting point. One of the things we woudl liek to set for the user is the Portal connections to our ArcGIS Online organization and our on-prem ArcGIS Enterprise Portals.
We've looked closely at the Manage application settings—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation
but haven't found anything about setting the Portal connection URLs. Is there a way to do this? If not, are there any less than ideal alternatives? For example, can we provide Portal connections in a custom Project Template?

Ooh, good find! We install ArcPro on user machines via Microsoft SCCM. Any idea if that is considered a silent install?
