Serious problems with authorization

Hi everyone. I've been trying to activate my ArcGIS Pro license for three days now. I activated ArcGIS Desktop using a file that I generated and there is no problem with that anymore. But for ArcGIS Pro is an other way, which is described in the last screenshot. To access it I need to open the section of my organization, then select Members and then Manage add-on licenses. In this section I had to allow myself to use ArcGIS Pro. And then to activate the Named license I would just have to log in to my account through the app. But as you can see in the screenshot, the Manage add-on licenses section is empty. It took me a long time to figure out where I made a mistake, but after a few days I realized that it was because my user type is Creator but not GIS Professional Advanced. You can see this in the following screenshot. Also I cannot change my user type. How do I fix this? I will be grateful for any help or advice because the support is not responding.
