We are trying to run this tool on a machine that have no internet connection.
After many tries we clone the Pro python env on a connected machine that run the tool successfully and moved it to the disconnect machine.
Still does not work.

Anybody out there is doing this? We tried a few different ways to install the needed software without internet and could not make it happened.
