I am facing this problem in version 3.4. Repair Mosaic Dataset Paths shows multiple rows for primary rasters. The number corresponds with the number of rasters in the mosaic dataset.
I tested in older version of Pro and I get only one path, the directory where all the rasters are stored. This seems logical because when I want to move the images to another directory then I just repair one path. In 3.4 I have to do it as many times as the number of images?
Can anyone advise if this is the new design. To me it seems counter productive. It is much easier to move primary rasters and overviews the old way and just repair one path.
Sincerely

I found that changing the folder path depth solves the issue. Raster level control was not available in previous versions. So the added functionality now is that if few images are moved or renamed, I can still repair the path instead of creating the mosaic / overviews again 👍
