Hello,

I received a new computer recently and opened up an existing ArcGIS Pro project, a number of my SDE database connections were broken in the Catalog Pane and View. It wouldn't let me reset the sources of the bad connections, so I just added new connections. Also, when I go to remove the  bad connections, the remove is grayed out (see attached screen shot). Does anyone know how to remove these connections? I am currently running ArcGIS Pro 2.5.0.

Thank you,

Nick

What if you try "Connection Properties" and modify it to correct properties.

You can remove specific connections by delete the corresponding .SDE files located at:

C:\users\<your_user_name>\Documents\ArcGIS\Projects

If the connection still remains after that, right click it from ArcGIS Pro and select "Remove".
