My computer was recently infected by a virus. The computer was barely operating, I couldn't save anything and needed to format the drive.
I am trying to reinstall desktop and ArcGis Pro but it wont allow me, it says this device has it already installed.
How can I do a reinstall on the same device? This is a single use license.
Any help is much appreciated.
