Dear All,

Just wonder if any  ArcGIS pro 2.2 users have experimented the same issue.

Yesterday, I have tried to  run a  Watershed process with the portal geoprocessing tool ( Ready To Use Tools) .

In result I got and error message :  Tool has failed to open :.....

with no further explanation, I remember that this tool worked some months ago.

Thanks for sharing your ideas or experience .

ArcGIS Online Service Credits

maybe your login? maybe no credits or permissions?

The ready to use aren't 'free'

Another route to consider is the Watershed Function in the Raster Functions pane.  Does not incur credit expense like Ready to Use Portal tools will.

Could be that this requirement is missing which is why the 'credit using' tools are useful

Available with Spatial Analyst license.

Yes, that's true Dan.  If customers do not want to purchase an extension for a one-time work flow then using Ready to Use tools is much cheaper overall.
