Raster Solar Tool Uneven Values

When using the raster solar analysis tool my adjacent tiles are receiving different solar values. I have run the same tool on adjacent DSM tiles created from a LiDAR point cloud but get different solar values when they should be more consistent as seen in the image. Parameters for each analysis were the same, as was the process to create the DSM. Is this an issue with the tool or the DSM?

Yes.

merge the inputs into a new dsm and rerun the tool to compare the results if the symbology breaks are the same
