I've noticed that when activating the traverse tool, depending on what layer you have selected the "Finished" button is there or not there. I can't find a reason why it's there on one layer then not there on another layer. For example I have two layers that are both polyline layers, but has the "Finished" button, but when I select the other the Finished button is gone. What is the reason?

Hi TonyAlmeida , did you find resolution for this issue?

It's not quite the same as the old finish button that would leave the lines selected and ready to move.  It seems to work OK.  I have to activate this menu every time I use traverse by clicking on the "create a line feature" tool.  It should automatically open when you click "set start", that will be the next thing to figure out

HELP! I am just starting to test a parcel data move from ArcMap to ArcPro so I may be missing something.  We are also trying to use COGO Traverse. We have always plotted deeds and surveys into a line layer (we call traverse) . If I set the layer to polygon I have a finish button. If I change to my line layer the finish button disappears. Is this some kind of default setting that needs to be changed? I changed the default setting under options for Angular Units to degrees minutes and seconds, is there anything else that needs to be changed.  We never plot deeds into a polygon layer 😞
