Pro Project won't open

My computer got the blue screen of death while I was working on a project and shut down and rebooted. New my project won't open. I get a failed to open message. 

but it is the same version I have been using. (3.1.3) Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Do you have access to a daily backup from your org's IT staff?
