I am working on a geodatabase with a large number of incorrect domains.  Is it possible to copy from Excel into the domain field.  There seems to be the option to select all the fields and the paste command on the right click shortcut menu, but I cant actually get the fields to copy over.

Is there some special format required?  I have tried converting any formulas into text but that didn't really make any difference.

I'm not sure about copy and pasting, but you can use the Table to Domain (Data Management) Geoprocessing tool to import domains.

As Emily has said, load in the Excel sheet to ArcGIS pro and then use the Table to Domain Tool You will then be able to either Append the results to the existing domain, or replace them..Of course you could create a new domain if that is easier....
