Hello all, I currently have a user that has run into a quite interesting issue. When opening a second instance of ArcGIS Pro, it returns the following message: "Exception processing message:::Only one usage of each socket address (protocol/network address/port) is normally permitted." Historically and personally speaking, I have been able to do this with no issues. My first thought was to do a clean uninstall/re-install, but wanted to reach out to the community to see if anyone else has seen this issue.
***I am working in a disconnected env with a license manager hosting concurrent use licenses. The licensing for the particular person was configured correctly.
