Further to my post 4 hours ago, I tried to do an orthomosaic using the Create Drone Imagery Products in ArcGIS Pro tutorial, using the Imagery folder downloaded as part of the tutorial. As in my experience in using the drone image mosaic from my own drone flight, when the process of creating the ortho mosaic was complete, there was no drone imagery in the map window, and no tab to view that imagery. I went to Manager Templates, Project, Image Collection, Image, and the message was 'Layer has no templates'.
I have since done a 'repair' on ArcGIS Pro 2.9, and installed any license extensions that possibly could be relevant to my license, which is GIS Professional Advanced.
