Network analysis in arcgis and Cloud computing

I have made a Multimodal network analysis consisting of Maritime_Routes, World_Railroads, and World_roads as a mode of transportation.

I have applied the Closest facility and that works fine for a small number of cities. when I select all cities (2341 cities) the ArcGIS is not able to process it.

Any possible solution for this. Will cloud computing make the process faster?
