Move Toolbar Location

In ArcGIS Pro, when editing a polygon's vertices, you  are presented with a tool bar that lands along the center of the bottom edge of your map pane.  There is small settings icon on the lower right corner of the tool bar: when clicked you are prompted to 'Select Toolbar Location and Size...'  I can get size to work okay by selecting one of the sized frames but what I'd really like to do is move it off to one side or another.  Is that possible?

Joe - in the Project->Application-Editing options, you can set the toolbar location to be Position - Left, Right or Center.  Is that what you're looking to do?

Thanks but would like the option to drag it where I want.  I think the default shouldn't be smack where I want to work.
