ModelBuilder Output Name parameter

Is it possible to create an Output Name parameter from the Summarize Within GP tool in ModelBuilder? I have tried the usual right click on the tool name, hover over create variable, from parameter but I'm not seeing an Output Name option like I do with some of the tools in my other models (Feature Class to Feature Class). I need to run multiple iterations with slight changes so it is important that I have the option to change this without editing the model every time.

Sarah - yes I believe so.  For the Summarize Nearby tool process, right-click on the Output Feature Class and select Parameter.  Is that what you're looking to do?  Please advise.  Thx!
