Do someone experience the same issue.
In cleaning annotations in a mapseries layout, I found no problem (for now) when the map is not rotated. After moving an annotation, the mapseries refresh itself automatically.
Now, I'm working in a rotated map, in my layout, and, each time I move annotations, the map doesn't refresh the map series. I have to manually refresh the map series each time.
