What video card and spec are you using? and have you updated with the most recent drivers from the manufacturer ? (not windows update)

has the video specs as well, which have changed, perhaps the two starred considerations should be looked at there.
Thanks Dan. Unfortunately, I don't know what how to check those specs against my computer.
I'll try and contact customer service.
