I am forced to create the same post again since I got no response in my previous post.
There seems to be an issue with arcpy.MakeQueryLayer_management and ArcGIS Pro , we are trying to query an sql server table with polygon geometries and we get only one entry instead of 900+ entries. Using ArcGIS Desktop and python 2.7 it works ok. Please fix it.
