Legend Title Alignment Ignored in Layout View

In Layout View in ArcGIS Pro 3.5.1, the horizontal text alignment option malfunctions when applied to a horizontal legend title. Choosing Center or Right options under Text Symbol > Position > Horizontal Alignment barely moves the legend title, with the text mainly remaining left-aligned. See the screenshots below for reference.

I want to confirm whether this is a known bug or an issue specific to my installation.

My current "egregious" workaround is to insert extra spaces into the layer name until the legend title seems centred.

Has anyone else experienced this behaviour, or found a better workaround?

Thanks in advance.

With the Legend element selected > open the Title pane and try it.

No, the issue remains.

Are you getting the center alignment?

Thanks for your suggestion.

Be sure to press Apply (unless you have Auto Apply on).

I see. Just to be sure, are you using ArcGIS Pro 3.5.1? Because it worked for me until I upgraded.

@LenGIS One workaround: you could always turn the legend title off. Then, add a text box and move it manually where you want it as a title.

I'm sorry the legend title isn't updating properly for you. I'm also not seeing this behavior in ArcGIS Pro 3.5.1. Maybe your legend got stuck in a weird state. If you can, I recommend adding a new one and seeing if the behavior corrects itself. You could also try a different layout, it's possible the layout got stuck somehow.
