Hi all,
In Pro 2.9 I could add the GB Carto layer from living atlas or a new wmts server, apply luminosity to change the base map to greyscal/monochrome. I can still do this in 3.3 but the layout does not honour the greyscale and shows full colour. I read a post about adding to a group and applying luminosity and transparency there but it does not work on these base maps.
Any suggestions most welcomed
