After updating to ArcGIS Pro 3.0, the layer blend (In Raster Layer) and clip layer function (Clip to an outline) under the map properties is not working together. A blended image is appearing on the map canvas but when I am creating a layout frame of the same canvas, that time layer is not appearing in the layout frame. And when I am changing the blend mode to normal or disabling to clip layer function then everything is aprearing. Why these functions are not working, earlier in ArcGIS 2.9, I used to use these functions together for many projects.
