I'm attempting to georeference a jpeg. When I click on Portal, inside the Catalog Pane, the image is there but cannot be added. Be help.

Do you get an error message?
Does it appear in the table of contents, but you can't see it?
Can you drag the image onto an empty map?
A screen grab of what you are doing won't help
