JPEG Export Quality is Low

Hello,

I am having an issue with the quality of JPEG exports. I am exporting a raster on top of a World Imagery layer. The raster comes through at a high quality, but the World Imagery layer is blurred. It looks fine on a normal computer screen, however, it will be presented on a large screen and the blurriness will be visible at that scale. I am exporting at 1000 DPI and at the max quality so I am not sure what is causing the issue.

I will attach a screenshot of my export settings and an example of what is being currently exported.

Does anyone have any suggestions for how I can fix this?
