I am creating a continuous color scheme in ArcGIS Pro (shown on the right). However, when symbolized, it is showing as a rainbow. Any ideas? Image attached.

Hi @GraceTortorici_ - interesting!  So a few questions:  what release of ArcGIS Pro are you using?  Are there any NULL values in the symbolization field?  If you change to another continuous color scheme, does the rainbow effect still occur or is it just the one you created?

Hi @Robert_LeClair ! Thanks for the reply. I am on ArcGIS Pro 2.9.10. No NULL values. The data displays as expected when I switch the color scheme. It is only happening with 2 of my custom made color schemes. Here are the HEX codes I'm using:

Color scheme 1: FFCD7F, F2793F, E62700, BC2700, 632700

Color scheme 2: EBF4F5, CFE1EA, 557C93, 08203E

Both schemes are using HSV algorithm and shortest path polar direction.

Hi Grace!  Thank you for the details!  I created 2 continuous color schemes based upon your provided hex codes.  I added the 2020 USA county demographics web layer from ArcGIS Online.  I symbolized the web layer using the newly created continuous color schemes created from your hex codes.  The unclassed colors did show the rainbow legend you are seeing too.  So I then switched the Primary Symbology to Graduated Colors, applied the custom color schemes and applied the symbology.  Then I changed the Primary Symbology to Unclassed Colors again, applied the custom color schemes and the rainbow pattern goes away and symbolizes in the Contents Pane correctly.  Question - can you apply the same workflow?  What is the result?
