Hello everyone,
I'm using ArcGIS Pro (v3.4) in an offline setting. Is there a way for me to download data from the OpenStreetMaps 3D Buildings scene service and transfer it to the offline computer? I have ArcGIS Pro on an internet connected computer as well, but my data is on the offline computer.
So far I've tried the following:
- Download Map - this tool isn't available
- Share as Layer Package - this tool doesn't download the data, it merely inserts a reference to the service URL
- Create 3D Object Content Scene Layer - this tool didn't work either
