Intersection of Point and Pixel

Hi everyone,

I have a raster file with 5 different values (1-5) for the pixels. 1 to 5 represent the risk level. Also, I have points that describe the location of sites. I'm looking for the best tool to find the intersection of pixels and points to add risk level to the points attribute table. Please take a look at the attached file.
