Import Symbology to honor Class Range Labels for graduated colors?

In ArcGIS Pro v3.3.1, using "Apply Symbology From Layer" tool.

When importing symbology to display graduated colors with a manual interval for 5 classes, the class range labels are not honored on the updated layer. For example, the manually entered label "0.00 - 0.50" is left at the default label of "0.000330 - 0.5000000". I am applying the same symbology to at least eight layers so being able to import the class ranges would be far more convenient than manually typing the ranges each time. Admittedly, the maximum value does change slightly for each layer (i.e. from 1.68 to 1.56), but I assume the labels for class range are text/string so it would maintain the label entries regardless of the actual class ranges.

Am I missing something? Is there a different tool or a workaround I could use?

Selecting "Maintain Ranges" when importing symbology solves this issue (not sure how I missed that!). Class range labels copy over exactly with this, so the maximum upper value may need to be changed.
