Import a previously created file Geodatabase

Hi. I received a file geodatabase via email. I have downloaded and unzipped the folder. How do I bring the import/merge/load this geodatabase folder into an active ArcGIS Pro? (When I try to 'Add Data' or 'Make a Connection' the geodatabase folder appears to be empty.
