I cant add a new customize

pleas when i add a new customized and i close arcgis then she despire when i open again . how can i resolve this problem please

How are you adding it?

You need to Drag it from under the "Commands" box to ANY existing Toolbar. Then it will be added there and available for use.

yaa that what i did but when i reopen the Arcgis again it despair

you must first save the mxd for it to affect your normal.mxt file
