I cannot download ArcGIS Pro Trial software.

I have followed the directions in the video and on the web page, but when I go my ArcGIS Online account and select Trial Downloads, a page loads and nothing happens.

If I click the Download button, it just reloads the same page, with no download. I watched the video on installing licenses and followed along, but it still will not download the trial software. This happens on Chrome, Explorer and Edge. The comments on the video have examples of others with the same problem. I've found similar posts here on Geo Net, but no solution. Any thoughts?

I just ran through the steps for a new trial and wasn't able to download Pro either.  Let me contact somebody to see what we can do.

John Willey‌ It looks like the team responsible for the download is aware of the issue and their looking into it to restore the download functionality as soon as possible.  Thank you for your patience.

I am having the same problem. Have tried multiple times and I receive the email with a link, but nowhere says where I should download the software
