How to Select Parcels that connect Protected Areas

Hi Folks,
I'm working on an analysis to prioritize farmland based on several metrics. One of those metrics should identify if a parcel would connect preserved agricultural lands. Is there a tool in ArcGIS Pro for this? 

Attached is a good example of parcels I hope to identify. The checked parcels are in between existing preserved ag lands (in orange).
