Check if the below link help, IF you are looking for Image Classification Wizard:

Image classification wizard not enabled?

I had a similar issue with the Classification Wizard being grayed out in ArcPro. After a lot of trial and error we discovered it was due to the fact that I was not creating my projects using the Map.aptx template. Once I started using the Map.aptx template, the issue disappeared.

I've read this already. It doesn't help.

You should add more details, the version of ArcGIS Pro you are using, the steps you have already tried, the exact issue you are facing.

Nicky, even the buried suggestion for the only person that seemed to get it to work was to start their project with the 'map.aptx' rather the 'blank' one. check that comment and see if his suggestion works for you

I think this is an Esri Extension licensing issue for Spatial Analyst. I

need to wait for customer service on Monday. Thanks for the help, fellas.

Make sure that the Image Analyst extension is available on the licensing area. If under the column "Licensed" it appears as "No", it means you have to access ArcGIS Online to select you as a member of your company and enable the extensions needed. Also, you can try to replace the default URL (https://www.arcgis.com/)  of the licensing Portal, to the URL of your company (https://organizationname.maps.arcgis.com/), in case you have one.

Read the details about this in here: https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/get-started/start-arcgis-pro-with-a-named-user-license.htm
