How to edit dem using points

I've created a DEM 1 inch per pixel, using GCPs and photogrammetry in another program.
Now my surveyor has collected many survey points (topo points) of that area (hundreds of points), by overlaying that survey points on dem using ArcGis Pro I can see there is a height difference in these points and DEM ( 0.5 cm to 5 cm).
Is there any tool in ArcGIS Pro that can rectify or edit existing DEM using that survey points?
are us can say I want to tight my dem or want to get more accurate dem using that survey points.

note: I'm at the beginner level in ArcGIS products.

Thanks in advance for your guidance.

you can create a new raster with the updated values.

convert the point file to a raster using the dem's cell size and extent and using it as the snap raster.

Con (Spatial Analyst)—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation

generically   Con(Pnts, Pnts, OldDEM)

which basically means use the survey points if there is a value, otherwise use the old dem values
