How to Apply False Northing/Easting to Measured Grid Labels in ArcGIS Pro 3.5.1?

In my ArcMap document, I have a standard Measured Grid in a layout that is configured with a false northing and easting offset. The labels display exactly as intended, showing the calculated offset values.

When I import this MXD into ArcGIS Pro 3.5.1, the grid itself imports, but the label formatting breaks. The grid labels revert to displaying the true coordinate values from the coordinate system, and the false offset that was configured in ArcMap is ignored.

My Question:
Is this loss of custom grid offsets a known limitation when importing an MXD into ArcGIS Pro 3.5.1?

Is there a recommended workflow for preserving or correctly re-applying these false northing/easting values after import, without having to delete and rebuild the grid using a workaround? I'm assuming using dynamic text in the Format box for measured grids.

Thank you for any insight you can provide.

Not everything is imported/converted when an mxd is brought into pro.

I presume you are talking about this type of grid?

I suspect you may have to code a solution if you have many to do
