How can I tell if the tool is still running properly?

As shown in the figure, I built a model to perform flow calculations on multiple dem, because the original dem was too big I had to separate them, but even then it didn't seem to run successfully. Although I set 100% in the parallel calculation, I noticed that the actual utilization of both CPU and RAM is very low. It has been running for over 24 hours, but the progress is still 0% and there is no change in the results folder. How can I tell if the tool is still running properly?
Also, if someone could show me how to quickly handle such a huge dem calculation, I would be very grateful.
