Ok y'all. Pretend I know nothing. Because the posts I found when googling this issue go way over my head.
When I am creating a new feature on a map and click on a construction tool (e.g. polygon), the cursor is usually a nice set of crosshairs +.
However, on occasion, I open a map that my coworker has worked on. And when I go to create a new feature on the map, I can select the same construction tool and the cursor has an additional circle right in the middle of the crosshairs, blocking my view.
What has he done and how can I change that back?
