How can I save a map to an older version of ArcGis Pro using ArcGis Pro 3.0

I have recently upgraded to ArcGis Pro 3.0, my colleagues are using ArcGis pro 2.4 and 2.8, how can I save a map to a version that they can open?

Do you know how one would specify a version argument using arcpy.management.SharePackage?

I don't see any version argument for that function, I don't imagine you'll need one.

Just landed on the question again. A colleague had a major bug when switching to 3.5.0, and I simply have not had time to check if it is solved. So we still do not recommend that all colleagues switch to the newest version. But us who tested are stuck there...
