Gaofen-2 image orthorectification problem

I have a problem with the orthorectification of Gaofen-2 images. Whenever I open a new ortho mapping workspace and do all the steps, ArcGIS pro generates the workspace but the Boundary and the Footprint of the image gets cut of and it creates a triangle that is in the wrong place and it cuts the image. Does anyone have any idea how to get the whole image so i can start the orthorectification process?
