Failed to execute (Create Space Time Cube)

Hi, I want to use the "Create Space Time Cube From Defined Locations" tool. Unfortunately the error: 

"ERROR 110096: All Defined Locations had at least one space time value that could not be predicted."

occurs.  Before I had <NULL> Values in the attribute table, but I killled them with the definition query but it did not solve the problem.

What field are you considering to be a space time value?

Hello again :D, i got the IG-DATE field for the time and the other field is DNBR_OFFST, which indicates the severity of forest fires in a precise location. What am I doing wrong?
