Exporting combined RGB basemap with NDVI overlay symbology in ArcGIS Pro

I have two rasters covering the same extent:

A 4-band imagery basemap with RGB bands displayed

A semi-transparent NDVI overlay that enhances the green vegetated areas and shows non-vegetated areas as red. Mid values are transparent.

Viewed together this creates an "NDVI enhanced image" that I want to use for deep learning.

In ArcGIS, I have these two layers overlaid, with the NDVI symbology applied on top of the RGB basemap. What I want to do is export the two rasters in such a way that the NDVI overlay symbology gets "baked" onto the underlying RGB values of the basemap. The end result should be a new 3-band RGB raster that captures the combined visualization of the NDVI and RGB layers.

I would like to do this either using  using Python in ArcGIS or a combination of geoprocessing tools if appropriate.

The output should be a single TIFF which will inform a custom deep learning model.

The RGB raster is over 300GB so I think I need a pretty performant solution.

Mamy thanks in advance!
