Good morning every one ,can anyone help me to solve this issue
One idea, if you have a portal login and an online login in, make sure the online login is set the be the active connection. If the online login isn’t set to the active connection it can create issues with bringing in data through Atlas.
I already signed it but the activation is greyed out
What is the name of the layer/map you are trying to load into ArcGIS Pro, can you share a link?
Are you able to access it in the ArcGIS Online or Enterprise portal outside of ArcGIS Pro
