Divide tool - Split Parcel Lines

Hi,
I don't see anything documented under the esri help Divide Tool information page (ver 3.5) regarding the check box to Split Parcel Lines  https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/editing/divide-a-polygon-by-a-value.htm     

This was shown in a demo  I believe as being available in 3.5.     Is this in 3.5 or coming soon?   If this is available in 3.5.2 , has anyone had any issues using it?      We are doing testing in 3.5.2 and the check box is ghosted out.    Not sure why.

Hello Cathy, 

This "Split Parcel Lines" is an option available for Parcel Fabrics and is accessible only when an there is an active record.  Here is the documentation for Dividing a Parcel in the parcel fabric:  https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/data/parcel-editing/divideparcelworkflow.htm

This option is available at 3.5 and it was first released in ArcGIS Pro 3.3. 

I've also noticed you say the tool is greyed out.  Are you using the Parcel Fabric? Do you have an active record?

Yes, I am using an active record within a parcel fabric.   Sorry I would have put this under Parcel Fabric questions, but thought it was available to all Pro users.   Should I delete this and move it to PF questions?

We are currently in 3.3.1  and are testing in 3.5.2      However, in both the check box is ghosted out and we are unable to use it.

I have followed the steps exactly as stated in the document provided.   I am in a version, I have an active record, I selected tax parcel, I selected the Divide tool under the parcel fabric workflow.  I have tried every Method of divide to see it that is what the issue is.   Nothing changes the Split Parcel Lines is still greyed out.

Thanks, I'm thinking you might need to upgrade your enterprise.  As this was a new tool that was released at 3.3 and the functionality on the server side became available at server 11.3.  If you hover over the greyed out box does it say something like this?

Yes, we are currently at 11.2.   we will be upgrading soon.  

Thank you for helping me.     It was confusing having new ArcGIS Pro, but it wasn't working.   I was so close to having the extra help editing.  Just have to wait a bit longer 🙂
