Directions generation is disabled for this analysis layer?

Hi everyone

I'm using the Closest Facility function in the network analyst, and I want to use the "show directions" function, however when I click on this option I get this error

I have checked the analysis layer, and I cannot find anything on how to enable "directions generation". Does anyone here have any idea on how to enable it?

I encountered this myself and here's what I found.

Ensure that the checkbox for Output on Solve has been ticked. If not, tick the box then click Run again on the Analysis Group before clicking Show Directions. Directions should be generated now.
