Hi Robert,

I observed the following:

In ArcMap, with the “top to bottom” option, the “auto layout” command arranges the tools next to each other

In Pro, with the “flip orientation” option, the “auto layout” command arranges the tools vertically which doesn’t make any sense as what’s meant with the “top to bottom” orientation is that each command will grow vertically and thus sticking the commands on top of each other doesn’t help

What do you think?

Jamal - you need to explore the Layout options on the ModelBuilder-Diagram Group.  With Flip Orientation set in the Orientation group, click "Horizontal Sort Descending" in the Sub-Graph dropdown and then click Auto Layout.  Afterwards, you will see my AGP Modelbuilder matches your 3rd ArcMap graphic.

Many thanks Robert. It works fine with me

I would appreciate if you could have a look on this

Funny you mention this - I already am working on it and have an email out to one of the AGP team today to see if I can find an answer for you.  More to come.
