Deleting text space in StoryMaps

Hi there,

I am using ArcGIS StoryMaps to create a story. When I click on adding text, some space will appear for me to enter the texts. However, when I change my mind and decide to delete those texts, not only does the website sometimes not recognize that I deleted the text (and the original text will reappear once I refresh the page), it also doesn't allow me to completely delete the space created. So now I got a big space in between my other content and it sometimes wouldn't let me leave it blank either (original text will sometimes reappear).

Can someone please help me with this? Thanks!

Cheers, Cassandra.

Hi @Cassandra ,

One quick solution would be to purge your browser cache and temporary local drive files. I've encountered this several times and that seems to do the trick.

I think you posted this to the PRO community tab instead of the StoryMaps one however just as a heads up.

Hope this helps,

2023 and this is still an issue....

I tried clearing my cache but same issue. Has anyone else figured this out?
