Deleting specific pixels in ArcGIS Pro?

I am trying to delete pixels in ArcGIS Pro, but could not get how to achieve it.

In the screenshot shared below:

The white pixels encircled in orange markers are the ones I want to delete.

I did try using the CON tool to keep only specific pixels but did not work.

If the white pixels encircling orange markers aren't the only white pixels, then Con isn't going to work.

If you have the image analyst, then there is a pixel editor

perhaps the screenshot shows how you can differentiate the areas in another way
